SmartLink Service for Japan Advance Filing Rules Starting

SmartLink AFR Service will be started from 1st March.

You can start the filing in OPUS SmartLink website using own ID& Password from March 1, and ID for the live system will be same as that of the trial system.
Implementation Schedule
Japan Advance Filing Rules will start from March 1, 2014 at 12 a.m.(midnight) in Japan Time (GMT Feb 28, 2014 at 3 p.m.).
The filers are obliged to file cargo information for container cargoes whose deadline of filing is on/after March 10, 2014 at 12 a.m.(midnight) in Japan Time (GMT Mar 9, 2014 at 3 p.m.)
It means the cargo which is loaded on the vessel whose departure time is March 11 12 a.m. (GMT, Mar 10 3 p.m.) is the first cargo must be filed.
